Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) recently announced a new partnership with Strayer@Work, Strayer Education’s newest business division to offer no-cost, no-debt, college degrees to its dealership employees.

FCA US is offering free college courses and degrees from Strayer University to employees who work at its network of franchised auto dealerships — a move the automaker said is designed to attract and retain the best employees.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is launching a new program that provides free college tuition for dealership employees, as the automaker looks to combat high turnover in the industry.

Fiat Chrysler’s plan to offer free college educations to employees of its U.S. dealerships will allow dealers to attract and keep high-performing employees, the chairman of the National FCA Dealer Council said.

FCA has announced that if you work at a Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep or Ram dealership in the U.S. you’ll have the opportunity to earn a no-cost, no debt college diploma through Strayer University.
